It's easy to book. Just fill out the "Reserve Here" tab on the home page and we'll call you to confirm details and vehicle availability. We're not like other car rental companies that give you a different car than what you asked for. We make sure you get the exact vehicle you want. Once we confirm booking details with you over the phone, you'll go to the tab "Rent Now" and fill out the "Vehicle Booking Form" then we will send you a confirmation email with a rental agreement to sign. We'll ask for a credit card to put on hold for the $500 deposit which you won't be charged unless there are damages/incidentals that need to be deducted in which case we'll go over that charge upon return of the vehicle. Tell us where to deliver the vehicle and we'll unlock it remotely upon arrival. We make it easy, transparent, convenient, and very clear so you don't get surprised with hidden fees . Yes, we offer contactless drop-off and pick-up to/from the airport or any hotel on the strip or within a 10 miles radius of the strip for FREE. Upon booking, we will go over details as to where you would like to pickup and drop-off the vehicle and we will unlock it for you remotely upon arrival. Drop-off is the same.
The minimum age requirement to rent a car is 21 years old. However, drivers between the ages of 21-24 will be subject to an additional fee of $100. 2 cars are available for 21-24 years of age.
All cancellations within 48 hrs of trip regardless of reason, will receive NO refunds. Cancellations outside the 48 hour window will receive 70% refund.
1-30 mins: grace period
31-60 mins: $50 late fee
1-2hrs: Half-day rate
After 2 hours: Full-day rate
Full coverage insurance required. We will need your updated policy declarations page when booking sent to us via email so we can check before pickup. If we cannot verify full coverage before then, we will cancel booking with no fees and credit your deposit back to you.
Yes, you will need to upload their DL and be under the same insurance policy. There is a $10 daily fee to add another driver if they are NOT your spouse.
Yes, we allow small to medium size pets in BRONCO & TAHOE ONLY. Pets MUST be inside a carrier or crate placed in the back of vehicle, not on the seats. Any excessive pet hair or scratches will be deducted from deposit accordingly. Pet fee is $100/trip. Max 3 pets.
Yes, Las Vegas sales tax is 8.38%, Government surcharge of 10%, and Clark County Rental tax 2%. Unfortunately Nevada has the highest taxes for car rentals because of the entertainment and gaming industry. We don't charge any extra fees like every other car rental company. Taxes total: 20.38%. We do not tax any of the Extras.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Deposit needs to be on a credit card but the rental fee can be paid via debit card.
Absolutely NO Off-roading. Vehicle is only allowed on paved roads. No dirt or gravel roads. NO towing of any kind.
NO. we do not allow the removal of side and back plastic windows from the Bronco because it will get scuffed/scratched up without properly storing it in its specific case which is costly to repair/replace. If you want to remove for photo shoot, we can accommodate with special permission but additional fees will apply. Windows are hard to remove and put back and we will know if they have been removed resulting in deposit forfeiture.
**The top folds back easily exposing all the seats for an open-air ride which is allowed. Do not leave open when not in presence of vehicle in case of vandalism or theft. Do not leave exposed under extreme heat or any signs of rain. Any damages to vehicle beyond your deposit will be claimed against your insurance . No removal of top, doors, or windows. Absolutely NO OFF-ROADING. Paved roads only. No towing.
Yes, there is a $500 fully refundable deposit if vehicle comes back in same condition it left in. Any incidentals will be charged accordingly:
- Cleaning: $150+ for deep detailing beyond normal use. We wash all our vehicles professionally before it goes out. If the car wash doesn't clean it and we have to hand wash then you'll be charged.
-Smoking: Including cigars, cigarettes, cannabis, vapes, etc. will be charged a fee of $250+
-Refueling: If vehicle is brought back with tank not full, there is a $30 incovenience fee plus cost of fuel.
-Wear and Tear: Any scratches, dings, dents, windshield cracks, rims scuffs, and etc. will be charged $50 inconvenience fee plus cost to repair.
-Rock Chips: $100 1st rock chip/ $30 additional chip plus $50 inconvenience fee. Does not include cracks.
-Tolls, Tickets, etc (parking garage fee, airport fees)
-Mileage: Charges will be calculated according to mileage use and deducted from deposit if over the allotted mileage.
We will work with your insurance company and you'll be involved in the process all the way through. Your deposit will be credited to the rental not being available while it is getting repaired. If it is used up, we will send you a bill for the balance.
